For this Workday partner, we were approached to help them build their DACH practice. They approached us after they had seemingly exhausted their internal search, with the internal recruitment team struggling for 6 months to find the right talent to lead the new practice. This project was a crucial one for the client as it involved building their practice from scratch. We identified that they needed to secure a Practice Lead and a Head of sales to begin building the practice. We managed to find and fill the vacancies of both positions within 3 months. And had the new hires starting within 4 months.
