Focus Cloud are looking for a HRIS Lead for a global home security organisation based in Sweden. This client has huge growth projections globally,  and will be looking to continue this success with their Workday project, offering huge career opportunities for the right individuals. 

LOCATION: Stockholm, Sweden

POSITION: HRIS Lead

ROLE: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your main responsibilities in this role will be a 50 50 split between being a key stakeholder for the Nordic support function, and being a member of the COE team, having full access to the back end of the system, making changes to the system when necessary.   

Key Skills and experience;

• Support and maintenance experience

• Experience with a high volume of raised tickets

• Configuration experience will be considered a plus

• Good communication skills with other stakeholders and key members of the management team

• Experience with Workday Compensation, Workday Recruitment and Workday HCM will be a added bonus to any application.

Other details

There may be additional travel to other Nordic business locations.

The Workday implementation is around 15,000+ users with huge potential to increase over the next 5 years which will encourage those involved to enhance their own responsibilities and grow their careers. 

Salary: 660,000 SEK

Market leading Salary + Benefits depending on experience
