My customer is looking for experienced Workday Financials Senior Manager  with the following skills.

Role: 

Workday Financials Senior Manager

Duration: Permanent

Client: Global Workday Partner

Candidate:

• Working with clients to develop their overall solution architecture and end-to-end processes, to be supported by Workday Financials technology 

• Have the proven ability to lead medium to large sized Workday FINs projects through the full project life-cycle

• Ability to develop strong relationships with the senior clients 

• Develop and own senior client relationships within selected industries 

• Lead multiple development areas for the Workday FINs competency 

• Manage medium to large sized teams and perform the associated people management tasks

• Ongoing development of Workday practice resources through prescribed Talent processes Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including delivering presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing

• Play an dynamic role in business development, including pre-sales and bid activities 

• Role is open to sponsorship for the right candidate

• You will be the right hand person to the Workday Financials Practice Lead
