Focus Cloud is looking for several experienced Workday Leads to join one of our customers as they look to start a brand-new Workday team!

This is currently one of the most successful Workday Partners on the planet and they WILL be successful in Italy!

If you do not have Workday experience, your profile will not be considered.

LOCATION: ITALY

ROLE –

You will be at the forefront of client deployments, delivering HCM to clients across the UK.

Your role will be to plan, design, build and deliver solutions whilst also delivering the relevant documentation to support the delivery.

You'll also be a key part of the practice, upskilling your colleagues by showing them the ropes of how to configure, Workday methodology and the true consulting way!

As the practice expands, your role will expand too so this is a great opportunity to joining a growing practice!

CANDIDATE – 

Strong Consultant level or already a Senior Consultant or equivalent. Core HCM is essential.

Any other module (Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Payroll etc) is advantageous.

You will have at least 1 Full lifecycle deployments of HCM, or potentially a few smaller projects.

Ability/Willingness to travel across Italy and close countries as per client requirements, but remote working is available.
