Focus Cloud is looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant/Lead to work with a prestigious partner within the Workday ecosystem.

LOCATION: Amsterdam – Netherlands

POSITION: Workday Functional Consultant/Lead

ROLE: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Gathering business requirements
• Build consensus around business processes and design
• Communication of Workday capabilities
• Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts
• Configuration of Workday application

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm
• Experience with at least 1 full life cycle Workday implementation
• Experience with at least two of the following modules: core HCM, absence, recruiting, advance-compensation, talent & performance, compensation, benefits
• Ideally certified
• Availability to travel
• EU citizen or have the right to work in EU
