Focus Cloud is looking for an experienced Workday HCM Specialist to join one of our customers who are currently in phase 1 implementation.

Someone with broad HCM exposure covering most of the core modules. Must have strong configuration experience at least in HCM module, configuration in other modules will be a huge plus.

If you do not have Workday experience, your profile will not be considered.

SALARY: £50,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

LOCATION: Central London

POSITION: Workday HCM Specialist

ROLE:
You will join in Phase 1 of the HCM project, and be a key figure in supporting the implementation, testing, and support post go live.

Your role will consist of gathering requirements for the business, and translating this in to technical solutions.

Working closely with the implementation partner to design and implement these solutions, you will also use your Workday experience to check suitability of configuration and solutions presented by the implementation partner.

Assisting the Test manager to deliver testing of functionality and report back on issues.

Post go live you will be the Workday SME and responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Workday HCM solution.

This will include configuration, system changes, enhancements, new release functionality and training of users.

CANDIDATE:
The Ideal candidate have experience in an implementation and post go live environment

At least 1 full life cycle deployment of Workday HCM

Exposure to a broad range of HCM modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting) would be highly advantageous.

Knowledge of Reporting and Integrations would be a huge bonus

Strong personality and able to communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders

Project management/business analysis experience would be great to have

Must be commutable to London and an EU Citizen/Passport holder as sponsorship is not available at this time.
