Focus Cloud is looking for an experienced Workday Integration lead to work with a global customer.

LOCATION: France

POSITION: Workday Project Manager

COMPANY: Workday Partner - Not the usual suspects. 

ROLE: 

• As a Workday Project Manager you will manage the successful implementation of enterprise scale Workday solutions for customers by working closely with customer business teams and internal delivery teams to drive the scope, definition and delivery management of solutions that are fit for purpose and commercially viable.
• You will have sound commercial judgement, with a proven track record in the execution of the contract and commercial terms applying to the project
• Strong commercial management and negotiation skills
• Ability to provide effective pre-sales support, including devising and costing viable, winning solutions working closely with a sales team
• Managing the customer and guiding them through the implementation of Workday HCM or Financials

CANDIDATE:

• Experience in managing and supporting blended teams, client and partner resources to share knowledge and develop an integrated delivery ethic
• Functional HR domain expertise including areas such as core HR, recruitment, talent management, absence management and learning and development
• Consultancy experience or Workday PM/EM certified

• You will have full life-cycle project management experience, from initial opportunity through to requirement development/definition, functional solution design, implementation, data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live and service management
• EU citizen or you MUST have the right to work in EU
• Workday experience is a MUST

SALARY: Upto €85,000  + Benefits depending on experience
