Focus Cloud is looking for an experienced Workday Systems Lead to join one of our customers as they look to build their HRIS team.

We are looking for someone with experience leading a team of HRIS Analysts and assisting with the implementation of Workday HCM and then working on user adoption, post go-live support and system optimisation.

If you currently in an HRIS Management or Functional Lead role this could be an excellent opportunity.

If you do not have Workday experience, your profile will not be considered.

LOCATION: Birmingham/London/Remote

POSITION: Workday Systems Lead

ROLE:

A part of the new HR Shared Service Team you will focus on HRIS Systems deployment, post go live support and phase 2 deployments. 

Your role will be to build and deliver technical solutions based on business requirements. 

Strong stakeholder management skills, change management

CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate is working for a Workday Customer or a Partner and has experience with most of the following modules:

Core HCM

Absence

Time Tracking

Payroll

In addition you will understand Integrations, Security and Testing

Limited travel required in this role between Birmingham and London.
